This perfectly engineered piece is made from vegan shiny patent vinyl that is completely cruelty free and looks and feels like the real deal. This circle skirt is fully lined in our own custom Miss Kitty purple stretch lining, with heavy duty hardware and of course our giant Vixen pockets everyone loves. Wear this circle skirt with or without a crinoline for the perfect vintage inspired look!
