Route protection is awful. My parcel went missing and they insisted I upload a video of myself to process my claim! When I said I couldn’t do this they told me I need to go and pay an organisation for some notarised something or other. Whatever that is. I never got my parcel and I never got a refund. Awful.

Was a little disappointed with the packaging. Although my purse arrived safely, i do feel as though it could’ve been more protected. The past 3 times I’ve ordered purses from this company, the packaging is less than impressive. Seeing that I am paying minimum $100 for a purse, I do believe the personalization of the packaging could absolutely be stepped up. It’s just a nice touch that makes the customer feel special. Even a thank you note would’ve been appreciated. This company is fantastic, but I’ve seen much better packaging aesthetically as well as protective measures from smaller business and larger corporations alike. The item itself is stellar and I am looking forward to ordering more from your business. Just wanted to be transparent from a customers perspective. Thanks again!
