This is not a review of the dress itself. I have not received it.
I have been a loyal Vixen customer for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. It has now been over six weeks since I placed this order, and my parcel became stuck in a shipping tracking loop and still has not arrived. Despite this, I continue receiving automated emails asking me to review a product I do not have.
Before contacting Vixen, I had already attempted to file a claim through Route Package Protection, but was advised that I could not proceed because I must wait 20 days after the last tracking update. The tracking kept generating new scans, repeatedly resetting the waiting period. After exhausting that option, contacting Vixen was my next step in hopes of receiving guidance or support.
When I reached out to customer service, I received what appeared to be a generic, template-style response stating that once the order shipped, Vixen was no longer responsible and directing me back to Route Package Protection. There was no acknowledgement of the unusual tracking situation, and Vixen did not offer to review the tracking history to better understand what had happened or provide reassurance beyond forwarding me to an insurance claim process.
Unfortunately, Route protection is not helpful when a parcel is stuck in an ongoing tracking loop because claims cannot proceed until long waiting periods expire after the last tracking update, even when it is clear something has gone wrong. This leaves the customer waiting indefinitely with no practical support while the claim window continually resets.
I understand shipping issues can happen, but customer service during those situations matters just as much as the product itself. I would have appreciated even a small effort to help investigate or advocate on my behalf, as that kind of support is what builds long-term customer trust. After more than six weeks without receiving my order, being sent automated review requests and a templated response instead of meaningful assistance has been extremely disappointing.
As a long-time customer, I expected far better support when something clearly went wrong. Experiences like this make it difficult to feel confident ordering internationally again, and I hope Vixen reviews how missing shipments are handled so loyal customers feel supported rather than redirected elsewhere for help.

I have the other two rose prints in this style and I think the fit on this one is the most generous and comfortable of all 3. I held off on this one, hoping for a blue rose on white print, but this one is so pretty in person, I'm really glad I went for it. This style tends to be a little short/tight in the bust for me, but this one is perfect and comfortable. The waist fits perfectly in my usual 3x size, with my measurements currently at 50-42-56. I cannot wait to take this one out when the weather is better, it's such a perfect spring/summer dress.

Part 2: The bust runs super small. Prior to actually wearing it the first time I had tried it on everything seemed OK but actually wearing it. It was borderline comical wardrobe malfunction for how much of my rack was showing! Luckily, I had a nice blue cardigan. And of course, my husband absolutely loves it.! lol A bust depth of the ingenue would’ve made this the perfect dress.

I was very impressed with my first of this style. I had shied away because I thought that the straps tied up, but it’s really only an illusion you get fully adjustable bra straps. The sweep of the dress is great and I’m a UKJ cup, which is very big busted and the straps accommodate my bust and I’m able to get around what I thought was going to be a depth issue for my Tatas by wearing a really good balcony bra. If fits like the 2X ingenue. Very happy. I’m definitely getting the red for the summer! And would love a pink

Love the midcentury royal blue and olive-y green color scheme! Fits as expected. Love that this set comes with the matching belt and scarf. It's the details that make value.

Micheline's ability to take a simple print fabric and turn it into these stunning dresses that flatter all shapes and sizes will always astound me.
This cut and this dress is so flattering and the fact it comes with a scarf as well! I cannot wait to wear this dress everywhere once im not pregnant.

Oh my gosh, this dress is just so beautiful!!! I just love the light blue with the dark blue roses, and the gorgeous rich blue satin straps and detailing! I've wanted this dress for so long, especially since I've always wished i had known about the brand back when the Vanity Fair, blue roses dress was around. This dress is just so beautiful though, and i love it so much!

I was nervous this preordered dress would not come in time for the event, but I was very impressed with the customer service. All other items that were not pre ordered arrived very quickly. This dress was absolutely perfect, arrived just in time for the event, was beautifully constructed with lovely materials and stunning in person. Measurements were exactly as described. I’ve been extremely happy with everything I’ve ordered from Vixen!

This dress, let me tell you. Not only is it a beautiful show stopper of a dress that fit me like a glove, but Vixen knew I was graduating with my masters degree and overnighted it to me so I could have it in time like honestly, all the kudos, props, and hell yeses to the team for making it happen for a huge, huge day for me. I couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you and buy the damn dress! It’s beyond beautiful and fits true to size.

Love the blue roses. My only critique is the shallow depth of the bust area. I wish it was a smidge bigger. Unfortunately sizing up for the dress would have made it far too loose everywhere else.
