The Tie Me Up top is an original, vintage style top with 3/4 sleeves and a tie at the bust. This full length top is made from ribbed rayon spandex and can be worn on or off the shoulders. It’s perfect to tuck into any of your high-waisted items or to wear with your modern jeans.
