This satin dress is breathtaking with its whimsical detailing. It features the incredibly beautiful art of renowned artist Iris Compiet from the official Jim Henson's Labyrinth Bestiary book from Insight Editions. This dresses iconic print features the Labyrinth and Goblin City in all their glory against a watercolor sky compiled from original hand watercolor concept pieces from the film's original matte paintings. The print features so many of your favorite characters hiding among the magical landscape. There are Sarah's friends Hoggle, and Ludo, Sir Didymus on his trusty steed Ambrosia, and of course the blue worm. Beyond the gates, you will find Sarah herself, her red Labyrinth book, the Goblin Ball Gown music box, a floating clock, and of course, several other iconic goblins, and even the Goblin King hidden away in the shadows. This dress has a Basque waist, a gathered skirt with inset Vixen pockets, and a back zip. The bodice is fully fused in the front and double-lined and has boning in the sides to give you proper support and structure. The shoulders are held up with a heavy elastic encased in the softest olive stretch velvet with an attached bow tie detail. The body of the dress is made of beautiful soft bridal satin. The gathered skirt will have layers of tulle for added volume. Pair it with one of our crinolines for even more flounce.

This fabric has a beautiful decadent weight to it but it is still satin, so please handle it with care, as the fabric can snag on rough or abrasive surfaces. Hand wash only, cold water or spot clean.
