PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS IN BETTER PACKAGING ,NOT JUST IN A PLASTIC BAG WITH BUBBLE SHEET SO THIN IT DOES NOT PROTECT THE ITEMS INSIDE. I HAD TO ORDER 3 TIMES BEFORE I received unbroken items, by sure luck,because even though I contacted customer service to package the items in a foam box an better packaging know changes were made it was sure luck my husband was there when my last order was delivered, other wise the person was just going to throw it over my fensecinstead of coming in my gate to deliver. I even gave delivery instructions to customer service with know contact to carrier was given on how to deliver to my address.

Was a little disappointed with the packaging. Although my purse arrived safely, i do feel as though it could’ve been more protected. The past 3 times I’ve ordered purses from this company, the packaging is less than impressive. Seeing that I am paying minimum $100 for a purse, I do believe the personalization of the packaging could absolutely be stepped up. It’s just a nice touch that makes the customer feel special. Even a thank you note would’ve been appreciated. This company is fantastic, but I’ve seen much better packaging aesthetically as well as protective measures from smaller business and larger corporations alike. The item itself is stellar and I am looking forward to ordering more from your business. Just wanted to be transparent from a customers perspective. Thanks again!
