I bought this dress as an everyday sundress. I ended up wearing it for a special event because it looked so great. It is so comfortable. The fabric is lightweight and breathable. The straps are adjustable and the usual bra that I wear didn’t show underneath it. The top was a little bit too big, but the gathering/ruching on top worked well and looked great despite this. I bought a 3X even though I’m usually a 1X on top (44”) and a 2X (50”) at the hips. I feel great in it and I think it looks beautiful. Thank you so much for making beautiful, sexy clothes for extended sizes. It means so much to be able to look great and feel sexy for a special event

I love this dress so much, loving is still an understatement! I adore this dress so much coming from someone who was never very comfortable with her femininity, that's just a huge compliment. I can't wait to wear this dress out in summertime and i will definitely find ways to wear it in every other season as well paired with a sweater or cardigan! This is my first very feminine dress ever, i have only one "dress" in my wardrobe and it's a black basic t-shirt dress, that's it. I'm really not a dress girly at all, i feel like people stare when they see something nice and i tend to hide all the time, but this summer i will change that, i'm turning 33 this year and i worked on my insecurites and i'm still working on it and this summer i will rock that dress. This is not a therapy session and i'm writing way too much peronal stuff, but since the day i was born some people in my family were disappointed that i was a girl, because i was the third girl in a row. This and some other stuff damaged my femininity a lot most of my life, but now i'm healing slowly and Vixens dresses are just the best, i mean they have pockets, hello!?!? Pockets are great for people who are nervous and want to hide their hands or to carry your phone, keys, dog treats, whatever, you want to the dress is a 10/10 for me! Thank you, Micheline Pitt

I absolutely love the Ingenue style! I size down in this mainly to accommodate my bust however the black colorway is slightly more firm than the other colors but still fits good. I measure 34/28-29/38 and usually prefer mediums but the crepe material has some stretch and I comfortably fit into a small. I have a small chest and can wear with or without a bra in the size small. This is such a classic look and I got so many compliments on it. I can’t wait to get all the other colors!

The Ingenue is definitely one of my favorite dresses. After all, this is the third one I purchased. The fit is flattering and runs true to size (I'm 33-25-35 1/2 and purchased an XS). This is such a feminine, elegant, timeless, versatile piece. The fabric is beautiful, doesn't wrinkle, and may easily be dressed up or down.

Ingenues are the perfect balance between elegance, comfort and versatility. There is something about this dress design that is flattering to everyone, regardless of size and body type. This is my second Ingenue (I already own the eggplant purple one and looking forward to adding the garnet one to my collection). Love the adjustable straps, the lightweight quality non-wrinkle fabric, the not too voluminous full swing skirt and the big pockets. Measurements are 35" (32C) 25.5" waist and went with my usual size XS. At 5'6'" it hits right below the knee and did not hem it.

I didn’t expect to love this dress as much as I do! I swear this dress is my favourite dress! I know I always say this. But it is so comfy and so effortlessly stylish too. I’m preferring the fit in the bust to the other ingenue dresses. I feel it’s a lot more fitted and as a B cup I can happily wear it bra free, whereas the others I found a little gapey!
