A modern take on a classic 1960's inspired style! Our cigarette pants in black are made from a fabulous new type of twill that has the weight and sturdiness of denim but with a lovely amount of give and soft hand. These are authentic vintage reproduction cigarette pants that look and feel like the real deal. Inspired from vintage 1960's bad girl cut with a true high waist, these pants will nip in your waist and allow for your curves to be properly showcased with a relaxed form fit. Features amazing side slit hidden pockets and finished with a back zip.

I was a little hesitant about buying these pants due to the zipper (I'm always afraid they're going to rip open) but I'm so glad I finally decided to buy them! They really do give an hourglass silhouette because of the cinched waistband and the tapering leg, so it's stunningly flattering. There isn't any give in the waist with this material which I think is very important to consider when buying, but it helps keep the shape so I think it's worth it, just double check your measurements before you order!

I loooove my new pants ! Their sturdiness, yet comfortable (how it that even possible?) design is exactly what I what looking for. These are GREAT vintage repro pants. They are a tad big for me in the hips, but they do follow the size chart ! I am 26.5in in the waist and 36in hips. I threw them once in the dryer already to shrink them and will do it one more time. I think they should fit perfectly then. :-) also, because I am 5'2", they are just a tiny bit too long for me. I will have them hemmed.

I sized up as it was recommended and I don't regret it! The fit is firm but nonetheless, these pants fit my booty perfectly and is tight on the waist, a must for peach/hourglass shaped ladies! It still has a bit of stretch so it's comfy as heck.

These pants are a great style and length but are the second pair of ponte knits from the collection that split in the back the first time I wore them. The fit (large) was perfect for me and even a bit roomy so it wasn’t that I’m just too big for them (plus I never had problems with every other pair of trousers I bought from them). When I contacted customer service they took the complaint seriously and reimbursed me the the pair since this seems to be an ongoing problem. I appreciate the attention they have to quality control and hope they get it sorted soon, because these pants look and fit beautifully beyond the seam issue.

I’ve been searching for vintage inspired pants that FIT. These are so perfect, I can’t even believe it. My waist is 25” and my hips are 39” and it’s usually difficult to get a good fit. After emailing to find out which size would suit me best, I went for the XS. They fit perfectly. Snug at the waist but not uncomfortable and enough stretch all over that I am not restricted. The length is perfect on me. Machine washed and hung to dry with no issues. I couldn’t recommend these enough! Can’t wait to buy another pair in a different colour!

I was pleased with the heavier quality material of these pants. I got a size too big and the returns process went smoothly. I’m not curvy nor tall like you/your models, so the pants look very different on me. These pants really accentuate the waist With the tight waist and, creating an hourglass figure. That said, the side pockets seem contradictory to the sleekness, bulking up the hips. Of course I love pockets, but these seem more appropriate for a more relaxed-cut trouser, rather than a body-hugging pinup-style pant. But the construction and material, holiday sale price, and knowing you are a small business—are factors that made me decide to keep them. I purchases both the black twill and dark blue denim. Please don’t let my poor quality photo fool you, these pants are to die for! I can’t believe how much I love them. I carry my weight in my midsection, so I don’t have a hourglass shape. These pants make me look like I have a smaller waist than I actually have! The quality is great. Wore them in front of my sweetheart recently, and he exclaimed “your booty looks incredible in those pants!” So really the best review I could hope for! I am tempted to invest in a back-up pair! I love these trousers but they are far too short on the crotch and give me crazy front wedgie/ camel toe making them sooo uncomfortable. I have heard from a few people they have had the same problem, Please make the crotch longer!

I have been waiting for these pants to be restocked and my dreams came true. I have a 30 waist and 42 hip and the large fits perfectly. There is a bit of room in the waist but not in “fall off you” way, it just nips you in without squeezing the guts out of you. I love these over the medium because they’re also longer. If you wash at home just hang to dry, best pants ever.

I love these pants! I have the black and white gingham pair and was excited to get the all black pair. Quality and construction are superb and the material is heavy enough that you know they are going to wear for a long time but not so heavy to feel constrictive. They are the most flattering and comfortable pants. I don't want my pants to be super tight fitting, so I order size small and they are perfect. My measurements are 34A/25/37.

They’re beautiful! I did have to get them tailored as I found them slightly baggy from the knee down, and had them hemmed to show my ankles. Also had the pockets sewn down as they flap out slightly. I fully expected to need tailoring as it’s the nature of my generous bum and smaller waist. I am happy with my purchase and plan to spend more money on your line eventually.

I’m not generally into tight trousers with a tapered fit, but I purchased these to be my one pair with that cut and I am SO HAPPY I DID. I used to regard tapered legged pants as unflattering for a woman with my figure: I’m pear shaped and have short legs. I’m so happy I branched out to these pants. This review took a while because I wanted to make sure that the review was as accurate as possible (which means wearing it and washing it, ironing it and re-wearing it again). I'm waif built so Vixen clothing will never fit me like the rest of you, so taking this in mind: In general, the trousers fits, though the hips are a tad large (about 1 inch wider). Although I fit the waist (at 24") the waist band still has this "wave" going on when I have nothing tucked into it but once the extra spaces are filled up with a shirt/sweater, the "wave" sort of disappears. The trousers are a little long for my height, so I had about an inch taken off and now it ends at my ankles nicely (like how Michellin models them). I changed the stitches to a blind stitch as I feel that these trousers would look classier with that, instead of the regular stitching. Washing can be done either by hand or with the washing machine, so that's great. The quality remains after washing/ironing (the black is still very black!) so that's wonderful! I struggled between giving this pair of trousers a 5 star or a 4 star but I ultimately gave it 4 stars because I seriously wish that there would be an XXS option for all the clothing. I was adviced by Michellin (via Instagram) to put the trousers into a dryer to shrink it but I haven't been able to do so as I have no access to one near my area just yet. Perhaps that might help! Overall, I would recommend Vixen clothing for curvier ladies, but if you're waif built like I am and insist on buying, please take note that you'll probably need to spend a bit on alteration. To Michellin: Thank you for making such wonderful clothing that makes a female feel so empowered! I hope you can also consider making clothing out of more natural fabrics like wool because synthetic materials are harming the world (river pollutions) when we wash them!

Love these pants! I have a 31 in waist and 40 in hips. I found the large to be the best fit. They legs were initially a little baggy, but after throwing them in the dryer they are perfect. These are a great staple piece and very well made.

I really wanted to love these pants but they just don’t fit my body well. The crotch is too short for me so the pants end up giving me a camel toe, there is too much fabric on the thighs so the pants look more like slacks than cigarette pants. The only part that fits my body is the waist. I have a 26” waist and ordered the small.

Ok! So. These pants. I adore them. I read in a lot of reviews that they run a little small and that if you’re in between sizes to order up. At 26” waist 38” hip, I fell right in the S measurements, and I decided to go for it. The style I believe is meant to be quite tight, so I think it looks great. I will say that they fit pretty much like a glove - I know I’m going to have to be really careful washing these to avoid shrinkage. I think if you want a looser, more forgiving fit, sizing up is a good idea. If you want a really tight, defined look and you aren’t between sizes, I’d say true to size is a good bet. ☺️

In the photo, I paired the cigarette pants with the trinity swim top from LFEN and I love this combo. It is a bit baggy around the front of the thighs but that can easily be mended with a short 10 min dryer cycle. They're perfect for casual wear and formal/business occasions too.

When I first got them, they were extremely large on me! Tried drying them and it didn’t do much , but after washing and drying them they shrank up perfectly!! So be careful washing them if they fit u perfect before washing or drying! For reference my waist is 30-31 and I got a large! I’m thinking of buying the leopard print now!

WHOA. That's the one decent word I can type on here after trying on these pants. Seriously. WHOA. These pants are worth every penny I spent. I'm naturally more rectangular shaped (33 inch waist, 41 inch hips) but these make me look like I have a tiny waist! They're not too loose in the hips and butt, either. The fabric is a comfortable medium-weight cotton, and I like how these pants can be dressy or casual, depending on what else you wear with them. Like always the quality is to die for! I love these pants. I'm a lil shortie so these are a tad long on me but can be easily fixed with a nice cuff or hem. The waistband is really good because it's not too narrow. However they do run small, I ordered a medium (my measurements were in the upper part of the scale) and in hindsight I would've preferred the large ones. Now they are a bit too tight. So if you are in between the sizes, size up.
