The top is made in a custom soft knitted cotton/spandex with a festive Halloween print featuring glow-in-the-dark original artwork by Micheline Pitt screen printed on the front. This full-length top has no zipper, pulls right on, and is perfect for wearing out or tucked into high-waisted items.
